Lose Arm Fat
Many people complain about arm fat. In fact, it is more of a problem in women than it is in men. That is why this article will focus more on the female aspect of the exercises needed than the male. However, we will cover a bit of the male exercises. Always remember, though, that many of the exercises can be used by both men and women. Now, we know that to effectively lose weight we have to be on some sort of diet or eating plan. There will be no weight loss if you are just working out and not eating correctly. In order to effectively lose arm fat you need to get your metabolism working at its peak.
Eating properly
You might think this to be a bit weird, but eating properly does affect your whole body and not just your gut, stomach, belly, or six pack (whatever you want to call it).

A good eating plan, which means 6 small meals a day with fruit and vegetables and your daily dose of multivitamins and extra proteins, will start everything on the right track. Also, always remember that if you space meals too far apart you end up starving your body, and in return your body will start storing the food that it gets, and thus, this food turns into fat. So to be on the safe side, you need to always feed yourself at least every three hours, and feed on small amount about the size of your first, or whatever you can grab in the palm of your hand.
Target those flabby arms
Okay, this might be the wrong heading for this section of the article, but when you see the word target and the name of a body part in the same sentence; many people tend to look straight there. It is important to remember that you do not want to target just your bum, just your pecks or just your flabby arms, in fact it is almost impossible, because whatever workout your are doing you can almost be certain that there is another muscle group contributing to the lifting of that weight you are holding. So never try to target a certain muscle, unless you have a sniper rifle…
So we all know that the arm is made up of the triceps and the bicep, and some smaller goodies surrounding them. There are many different exercises you can do to lose arm fat, and all of the exercises, most of the time, work more than just the bicep or the triceps and they most definitely all work both the triceps and the bicep at the same time if done correctly. For the bicep, you get the bicep curls (as in machine curl, dumbbell curl, barbell curl, EZ-bar preacher curl, standing curl, alternating curl and so on and so forth).
For the triceps you have, many different choices too, like the close grip bench press, the machine dip, and the straight bar press down, the close grip push up, the bench dip, the dumbbell extension and many more. The choice is yours, if you keep a regular workout routine and a good eating plan that you stick to, combined with a good cardio workout, you will be well on your way to losing that arm flab.
