  • If you can’t complete the reps you set yourself, your weights are too heavy. You want to keep to sets of 3 of a particular workout and you want to keep each set to 12, 10, and 8 reps, no higher and no lower.
  • Take a 30 – 60 second break between sets, do not over rest, and do not rush.
  • If you go over 12 reps for your first set put on extra weight.

Working out at home is always great, because you can do it almost any time of the day. If you go to a gym you have to go before closing time or you will not be able to work out for the day. Working out at home does not mean that you won’t get the same results as you would if you work out at a gym, but only If you follow a good routine, and a good eating plan.

To eat or not to eat

Cutting out one part of your diet and eating more of a specific food is not what you want to do. Many diets and eating plans tell you to eat less carbohydrates and more proteins, cut out calories and eat more fiber. This is not necessary, because you need carbohydrates to absorb the protein faster, and you do not need to cut anything out of your diet. As long as you eat everything in moderation, as long as you stay active and keep working out, and as long as you remember that you need at least half the amount of protein than you do carbs, you will have that built chest in no time.
