Turbulence Training Review
Website reviewed: Turbulence Training Website

The Turbulence training program is written by a guy called Craig Ballantyne, a Certified Strngth and Conditioning specialist and writer of many articles in various magazines like Men’s Health, Men’s Fitness and Oxygen.
The core of this program is a 128 page eBook that gives you everything you need ot kick start your dream body. Theamazing thing about this program is that it can be used by someone who has a few pounds to lose, lots of fat to lose and someone who wants to look like Ryan Reynolds in Blade Trilogy.

The program is planned in such a way that beginners can start from the beginning and progress to the advanced stages when they are ready and more advanced weight losers can jump straight into the advanced training. One of the most attractive parts of this program is that it takes into account the busy lives of today’s world. All you need to put in is about 3 sessions of 30 to 45 minutes a week. Which really isn’t a lot especially the Return onInvestment you’ll get in terms of fat loss and muscle growth.
There are 19 chapters in the book, each covering a mjor aspect of the program. The fist 6 chapters eases you into the right mentaility by giving you a quick rundown of the program, setting goals, reviwing your current lifestyle and even how to maintain your fatloss if you travel a lot. It also explains the type of food you should be eating and how much you should be eating too.
From chapter 7 onwards we kick in to the core of the program. Here Craig breaks down the different training for beginners, intermediate and advanced trainers.
Bonus materials
Normally with health products a lot of junk is thrown in with the product to make it look like more value for money but usually the bonus stuff isn’t worth anything.
In Turbulence Training however, there are a lot of bonuses that actually compliment the product really well. For example there is one PDf called “Mastering the fat loss mindset” which is a 31 page interview in which Craig focuses on the mentality of sticking to this program. This product could be sold on it’s own as it has a lot of good content in there. This is just one bonus, there are many more like this.
You also get 3 audio interviews that Craig has done, one of them being with Kevin Larabee from the FitCast.
Overall
So the major question is Should you spend your hard earned cash on this product?
There are many weight loss programs out there but none so that will get you into a fat loss mode as fast as Turbulence Training and asking for only around 3 hours a week.
I would wholly recommend this product to anyone serious about getting that dream body and wanting to see results fast and consistent.
