Are you the type of person that loves your food? Do you enjoy foods that are generally considered bad for you, Like pizza, burgers, fried chicken? If you answered yes then “Cheat your way thin” may be the program you’re looking for.

Before you call me a crock and hit the back button, let me explain.

The whole premise behind this program is to control your leptin and to manipulate in a way that lets your body think you have plenty of food coming in and to boost your fat burning.

When we diet we are basically eating less calories, this works for a while but sooner or later our body will think you are approaching a famine season because you are eating less food than your maintenence level.   6. Pre-program checklist – A quick run down of the thing you need to do before you start the program
  7. A success journal that lets you track you meals and your stats as yu progress in the porgram.

Overall this is a very easy system to get started with quickly and I recommend to those who want a simple start without getting overwhelmed also to those who are looking to lose weight and keep it off because this program makes it easy to stick with especially considereing you don’t have to give up your favourite foods like pizza, burgers and ice cream.
