What I love about this book is that Tom doesn’t just give you the instructions and then expects you to get on with it. He also addresses one of the major issues that holds a lot of people back. Taking Action. In fact the first chapter is on goal setting. Here Tom lays out how to get into the correct mindset that will keep you going even at times when you want to give up. He also explains the core reasons why 95% of normal diets fail and give you 8 strategies to permanently lose fat.

Not just blowing wind
A lot of health books I’ve read tell you to do something and then not explain why. For example, one book I was reading told me to incorporate resistence training into my workout regime but didn’t explaining what it was or how it would benefit me. I had to find out myself.
